DZF Metaltechnik Sp. z o.o.
The company specialises in CNC machining. It employs 60 persons. DZF Metaltechnik uses Glidemeister CTX 400 and TZC 32N1 lathes, MAZAK VTC 200, DMC 103V and AERO Famot vertical centres, FYJ 40RN milling machine and other necessary universal machines and equipment. It has its own TECHNOLOGY DEPARTMENT and QUALITY ASSURANCE DEPARTMENT. The company is a service provider. FERRPOL has been holding 100% of shares of this company since 2005.

The company supplies machining and technical measurement tools manufactured by the following companies: MITSUBISHI CARBIDE, NIKKEN, KYOCERA, BOSS, MITUTOYO, etc. The company employs highly-qualified process engineers, who implement technological systems tailored to customers’ requirements, including instrumentation and equipment as well as tools necessary for machining and technical measurements. Additionally, the company optimises implemented machining technological processes by selecting new tools and machining parameters in a customers premises.
