About us
The FERRPOL Company has been present on the market for many years. Founded in 1956 by Józef Matuszewski, the Company became the basis for development of family business continued by Tadeusz, Krzysztof and Leszek Matuszewski. Since the earliest days, the Company has focused on machining services and production of steel constructions and farming equipment.
Currently, FERRPOL provides mechanical working services and manufactures gas safety systems. We supply parts for automotive, machine-building, hydraulic and agricultural industries, as well as elements for construction machinery and railway engineering. The Company offers a wide range of products and manufactures 1 million of cast-iron, steel and aluminium parts, 9O% of which are exported the European Union countries. Our customers include the following: KTR Kupplungstechnik, GKN Walterscheid, HASSE&WREDE, GMT, a & f Grossserien, Vibracoustic, KETTLER, DANA Automocion SA, Paulstra (Hutchinson Group), ThyssenKrupp Aufzugswerke and ThyssenKruppElevator.
Our Polish customers include the following: Odlewnia Żeliwa "Śrem", Knott Polska, Odlewnia Żeliwa Teriel Gostyń, Famot Pleszew (DECKEL-MAHO-GILDEMAISTER Group), Sauer Danfoss Polska and Fabryka Przekładni Kątowych STAROSIELSKI.
The Company, which is committed to the top quality of rendered services and timely deliveries, employs 120 persons, including designers and process engineers, who design and implement technologies in CAD CAM system. Our Quality Assurance Department, having at its disposal the best measuring equipment, ensures the top quality of rendered services. The Company uses advanced plant and machinery:
- vertical machining centres, manufactured by the following companies:
- MAZAK,
- DECKEL-MAHO (including 5-axis DMU 60HD and DMC 80)
- CNC lathes, manufactured by the following companies:
- MAZAK,
- GILDEMAISTER,
- EMAG.
The Company received the ISO 9001:2000 Quality Assurance System Certificate issued by TÜV and now is making preparations for implementing ISO TS 16949. Expertise and experience of highly qualified personnel ensure further dynamic development.
